"In my work, I try to capture fleeting moments in nature with a sense of time and place. I've come to love the inspiring Bucks County landscape, a great place to thrive as an artist."
A graduate of The Parsons School of Design, Jo-Ann was formerly an art director in the editorial publishing field in NYC. She has been a resident of Bucks County, PA for the past 24 years. Jo-Ann Osnoe's paintings in both watercolor and oil are derived from familiar surroundings of the Delaware River, canal, vanishing farmsteads and historic towns. She values the practice of painting from life, and captures an immediate moment through light, color, and mood.
